401K Plan

There is a good selection of funds but the matching that Synopsys offers is smaller than other companies I have looked at.

Not that great, only gives 3k.

Employer matches up to 40% of employee contribution up to $3k.

measly contributions to 401k, they are much lesser than what are paid in the industry in other companies, management is looking all the time to squeeze out even more and pay employees lesser with smaller benefits, bonus and cash incentives

nothing special. it was just like in every normal company

Only max match $3.5k for 401k

Great Health care, paid leaves

Nothing fancy. Average 401K match. Maybe lower end for big company like this.

Employer contribution was upto max of 1500 which has now increased to 3000 which is still less for a company under top Fortune 100 company
