this is a great benefit from sysco which helps employees.

Usually have a 15% discount, which makes it a good option. You do not have to hold on to it for years either. With business bad, they reduced it to 5% discount.

it used to be 15% discount, but now it's only 5% and they're not sure if they would change it back to 15% any time soon. So now it's basically nothing. Fair Market Value on the LAST day of quarter, so it's not that much beneficial anymore.
