The 401k matching program is good. The Fidelity portal is very helpful and easy for employees to use.

Decent matching but I never participated in it myself. It was kind of difficult to get set up.

Taxes and the fact that if you want to cash out you have to wait over 2yrs and your stocks are split in 2 so 10 sticks awarded which leave you taking 4 to 6 sticks which again get taxed by half so if you are lucky year one u get 3 stocks to cash out or invest . Year 2 the remaining vest and same in taxes
