No phone discount, but monthly discount is good

We only get a discount on the actual plan and not devices and now they will only allow us to get the 75 pecent on ourselves and taxable dependents. Only marriage partners our account is capped at 12 lines so its pretty sad we would get the discount on all 12 lines .
