They have discounts and perks on most things you can think of. My cell phone bill was laughably low after discount.

75% off the main service. no discount on extras like insurance. No discount on phones.

You get 75% off of you cell phone bill, and 25% off of accessories.

T-Mobile does not give discounts for phones. However, the employee plan is awesome, about half of the price than for the general public. You also get a 20% discount on accessories.

75 percent off plans is nice

You receive a discount on the service which is a tremendous help. You don't get a discount on the phones though. The accessories discount is 25%. You can only take advantage of the high end audio accessory ($99+ and products like UE Boom or Beats) once every six months. There is no discount on Apple watches. All employees are well-qualified though, so you would pay taxes only on anything over $70+ and are able to carry the balance on your bill for 24 months at 0% APR, 0% finance charges.

We get 70% off of mobile service.

The best discount is that we get our accessories for practically nothing, like memory cards, to bluetooths, earplugs, wireless speakers, car chargers, and expecially face plates(cases).
