Employee Discounts

Discount increases for every year you are there. After working there for 6 months you can buy a phone for 20% off, and then a year later it increases to 40% off. When you are there for 5 years you get a free phone each year. Most employees don't make it past a year working there though because they don't care about their front line sales people enough to actually benefit them in any other way.

No phone discount anymore but the plan discount is generous.

It is a good benefit, if you buy a lot of things from it you can accumulate points and one of my co-workers got a free flight because of the points, so not too bad some good deals as well.

Great employee plan discounts, wish they offered supplemental phones for employees.

Provide discounts for the service not the phones, I feel it is reasonable. Doesn't hurt to save on something you would have anyway, and they have a good network!

They keep changing their employee discounts. You can not get free phones twice a year but you can get discounted lines for yourself and up to 7 family and friends. More discount for yourself but less for the family and friends.
