Also options for spouse and children at very reasonable rates without physicals. (Very high coverage employee life insurance plans do require a physical)

Every spouse of an employee gets a free $75k Life Insurance policy through T-Mobile (Even if the spouse is not employed with T-Mobile), and all dependents of an employee is offered a $20k life insurance Policy at no additional cost.
