Get a Christmas bonus based on how many years you have worked. Sales commission is based on everything that you sell so if you perform well you will have a bigger commission check. Performance bonuses have been set up for reaching a certain goal but if you reach it you have to ask for it and beg, it doesn't just come because you earned it, it is not consistent.

The commission at T-Mobile was a double-edged sword. While it felt nice to get paid for closing a big sale, there was also a lot of teamwork closing sales, and co-workers were unable to share credit or split commission, even voluntarily. This creates a bit of a conflict of interest when assisting a friend's customers.

You have to really bust your butt to get anything worth getting...then they don't always pay out when they are supposed to...If you quit you don't get any of your outstanding owed commission, which is complete BS since you earned it.
