they offer health insurance - however, they offer very weak health insurance policies. let me pay more and get a good policy, not one that's so difficult to understand that even the health insurance company doesn't understand how it works - so you don't give accurate advice. seems TD's only goal is only in keeping the cost low - not providing a good policy for employees.
