Performance bonus is bad and taxed

this is definitely minis one time per yearcual,

it works pretty well for most employees

There’s an employee incentive plan. You’ll have store goals and personal goals and it gets paid out once per year. Goals are high, support is low. Managers do their best to help employees meet their goals but corporate has stacked the odds against us. Very frustrating.

Depends on the situation. Just average.
