Only $4000/year if you're a graduate student, $2500 undergraduate student. Make it very difficult to get through long wait times and lots of paperwork. No reimbursement on professional certifications which is no good.

Cons: has to be evaluated by the HR- depending on the major and class taken. Lots of documentation which needs to be submitted every semester.
approval and reimbursement takes time.
