The health insurance benefits are pretty bad. As a contractor there is almost no company contribution and the actual benefits they cover are not good. I guess that's pretty standard these days though.

There were two packages offered - the cheap one only covered regular doctor visits but not any hospitalization. It was extra. The only other package was over half my income to insure my family.

Sub-par insurance plan with very high deductibles. HSA option for full-time. If you are contractor, they offer insurance but its so bad that I have had people quit because they needed more coverage.

Terrible. No mental health, xray, bone scan or CT scans. No ER coverage unless you pay for an additional hospital indemnity plan. I would not work for them again simply because of the awful health coverage.
