Health insurance was 150 dollars a week for an individual. A bronze ACA exchange plan (with no subsidy) was 300 dollars a month so 50% less. The deductable was 6,800 dollars, and the maximum out of pocket was 12,000 for an individual.
I believe they had an HSA but it doesn't really matter, if you have an exchange plan you can buy your own HSA. The health insurance was a joke.
