In Boston area, for contractors, it's outrageous in cost for a family. TEKsystems does nothing for you.

Very poor coverage even at the highest "Gold" plan (often times requiring you to pay 40% of regular doctor visits). The lowest "Bronze" plan is excessively expensive while offering even less coverage. Any way you spin it, it's a very poor and screws those that might need good coverage but cannot afford it without ACA subsidy.

They have a number of available insurance plans to meet a good range of needs.

The best thing is that they do offer insurance for employee purchase at group rates, but despite their very large workforce, the worse thing it is still quite expensive and the deductible is so high, I rarely use mine except for the the routine exams required to be covered at 100% because of the Affordable Care Act.

Depends on which company you are assigned to work.
