2 weeks at FLETC in Glynco, Ga, then on-the-job training with a coach as long as you need to get certified

This a yearly certification training provided for all employees.

the job training is about 4 weeks depends on the terminal

Crappy unorganized ridiculous, waste of time need better trainers or curriculum, lacks information pertaining to the actual job

all group training which is annoying

It's always changing. If you don't pass the training they will fire you. Every week there is different SOP's.

I don't find anything to be the worst

When you get hired great, after that it sucks. Used to be every pay period now your lucky if its 2-3 times a year.

Training at this airport was limited to what the trainers knew and what the on floor personnel could teach you.

some of the trainers are hard core and rude while others are nice and understanding. they love to train or put a trainee in a position during high volume times and then the supervisor will embarrass them by calling them out in front of the public.
