Sick Leave

You plenty of time to be sick! And you can save your time and roll it over, there's no cap. However, be careful... calling out counts against you and too many call outs will get you fired. Sick Days are called Personal Days - and it's best you use them for things like Dr's Appointments, etc... and plan them in advance, this way they don't count against you. But if you're sick, you're sick... they don't want you to come in... just don't do it often.

They monitor your sick days like a hawk. They make it very difficult for you to use these days. I would have rather had 4 weeks PTO instead of 2 weeks PTO and 2 weeks PDO

You can accumulate good number of sick days as you work with the company.

Get two weeks of sick leave and at 5 years get the three weeks like the vacation policy. Sick leave will roll over to the next year and accumulate. Vacation doesn't accumulate year to year.

They offer a sick time in addition to your paid time off. Very flexible with understand life.
