Only offered to employees that work over a certain number of hours in any given period. It is very expensive if you have any dependants, I pay over $400 a month for me and one dependant.

$250 a month with co pays up to $10,000 then free each year. Your contribution to your copay is 50% so do the math. This is also only the individual plan price. For a family its $850 a month. Or 75% of a whole pay check

They offer health insurance but my existing insurance covered more and was more beneficial for my family. So I didn't get the insurance they offered.

I'm not sure the plans actually meet ACA Minimum Value requirements. It's incredibly expensive compared to wages and deductibles are also high.

$80 every two weeks and $5000 deductable then they pay 80%. So $160 X 12 = $1920 + $5000 = $6920 out of pocket. Earnings = around $12,000. NOT WORTH IT!
