GM has a hard time beleving youre sick

Boss is understanding and very reasonable . I have a illness and he has had my back

Very understanding about illnesses.

I was only sick once. One day and I was treated like I was trying to steal from the company by not working my hours. Which I found ironic because that same GM overturned my decision to fire a crew member who had blatantly stolen from her nightly deposit. They held NO ONE accountable but felt compelled to make me feel like a thief for missing one day.

You can practically cal in sick whenever you want and you aren't in trouble for it as long as you bring a doctors note.

They are understanding and listen to you.

Good luck getting a day off to use yours. If you are in a store with little to no management, you will not be allowed days off.
