Talbots offers three options for medical coverage through Cigna:
Two Cigna High Deductible Health Plans, both featuring a Health Savings Account (HSA) Option
• Preferred Provider Organization Plan (PPO)
• All three plans provide comprehensive coverage through Cigna’s OAP CareLink network, including 100% coverage
• For preventive care. You do not need to pay toward the deductible or any coinsurance for preventive care. We strongly encourage our associates to use their plan and get their preventive care which includes an annual physical exam and other women’s health annual screenings.
• After you meet the plan deductible, the Cigna Enhanced Plan pays 80% toward expenses and the PPO pays the same percentage. Once you meet the plan out-of-pocket maximum, the plan pays 100%.
• Additionally, Talbots provides three levels of coverage: associate only, associate + one and family.
• The plans provide in-network and out-of-network coverage.
• Talbots gives $400 annually towards medical plan payroll deductions when associates complete wellness activities.
