401K Plan

The 401K is good, it has a 5% match.

5% match with a 401k Roth option and decent funds available.

I don't know much about 401K's, other than you need one, so I'm grateful that Target does offer it.

If you are hourly you don't make enough to contribute to it.

You get 5% dollar to dollar match.

They have changed it to limit the flexibility for investors who want to have more Target stock in their portfolio

Target matches your contribution up to a certain %

In order to qualify for a 401k program you have to be an employee on full time status for more then 6 months. Your first 90 days is a probation period so assuming they end your probation after 90 days and give you a review your time then starts for the full time status

Best benefit compared to peers. 5% dollar for dollar. Very low fees.

Haven't use this benefit, but it seems okay.
