You get 10% off of everything from target and a card for your spouse or domestic partner to use as well. Fresh fruits and vegetables get 20% off(total not additional to the 10%). all of this on top of a potential 5% for Red Card Members. Some brands also get the 20% off too, clothing and such(changes every year, so pay attention)

They only give you 10%, which is easy for any guest who walks into the store can get.

actually very good employee discount, not only was it for electronics but for everything in the store, and even better when the products are target owned products. downside of it all is that you can only pay via cash or target credit card

Discount was nice, but you were limited to using cash and or a Target Debit/ Credit Card. I would have much prefered to use my own debit card over that.
