Employee Discounts

A red card is required to use the employee discount, which forces you to sign up for their loyalty program.

10% discount that can be combined with any other discount, including RedCard 5%. You also get 20% off certain brands that Target sells, most of them being organic food or fitness- based. The only downside is that to get your discount, you must use cash or a Target debit/credit card you can't use it with a regular debit or credit card.

20% and you only get the discount if you use cash or the Target card.

10% discount for current employees. Retired employees no longer receive discount as they used to.

It basically just covers taxes in our state which isn't that much. But it is nice that you can bundle it with other discounts

You get maybe 10 percent off each purchase, which ends up being the sales tax

you get 10% off on all items which really isn't a lot since target is kinda expensive. I'd consider it affordable for upper middle class people, and if you're working at target, that probably isn't you. So the employee discount could definitely be more.

I liked the extra discount on wellness related items, but I wish the overall employee discount was slightly bigger.
