Discount barely covers Sales Tax in California. Over the years some Employee Discount Benefits have been eliminated.

The overall benefits suck there. You only get the 10% discount and 20% for athetic wear and buying fruits and veggies

When you are hired you are assigned a Team Member ID number that you use for the Discount. with the employee discount alone it will drop 10% on ANY item that you buy in the store, and they have it to 20% for produce items. They also have a debit target red card that you can easily get a hold of, which will also give you an additional 5% on any item bought online or in store. Finally they encourage you to use their store coupon system called Cartwheel which very commonly has various items 50% off and sometimes higher discounts that all add onto your employee discount. However, the employee discount is applied for the current total after the cartwheel discounts and the red card discount takes of the last 5% during they payment.
