I love the employee discount of 10%. Also if you get a red card, you save an extra 5%. The downside is that you only save to extra 5% with a Target red debit or credit card.

The employee discount is only 10% so it basically knocks off a little more than sales tax.

It's a great and helpful discount. Can be combined with your 5% discount red card use for a total of 15%.

10% is almost insulting.

It used to be better. You have to either use cash or a Target Card for a 10% discount. Using the Target Card also gives the additional 5% off. The discount used to be higher and you could use any form of payment.

10% off almost everything in the stores and online. In order to use your discount, you must pay with cash, a giftcard, or your REDcard. You cannot use other credit or debit cards. The REDcard gives an additional 5% off after your discount.

You get a 10% discount even with other discounts the store is offering.

It's only 10%, which is a little outrageous for how expensive Target can be.
