Employee Discounts

only 10 % and can only use with red card,ebt, or cash

10% off everything. This includes clearance items, already discounted items, and huge sales. On rare occasion, they would have 20% discounts on target brand items.

Employee discount was available to all employees. Not so sure it was available on clearance, but over all was good.

Best thing is that it's a discount. Worst thing is that it cannot be used with anything other than cash.

10% is hardly a discount.

You have to LOVE the Target discount!

Target had the best (largest) employee discount of all of the retail companies I've worked for. 15% employee discount + 10% (additional) for fresh and frozen fruit and vegetables as well as some of their store branded healthy eating items.

The employee discount is amongst the bigger ones in the industry. I like their discount but i didn't use it much.

Best thing about the employee discount is that every transaction for every item is 10 percent but can only use the discount if your paying with a target redcard, check, cash, or giftcard. No debit or credit card can be used. Also discount is only for the team member and dependent. Nobody else or will result in termination.
