The employee discount is pretty good, its 10% plus 5% if you have a Target red card, and then of course all of the great Cartwheel deals adds on to that as well.

10% off at Target is a nice benefit since most of what you need for daily living can be bought there when combined with the 5% Target Redcard discount, it can be a real cost of living decrease. The downside is you end up spending way too much at Target.

What I am most happy with is that Target has raised their Employee Discount to 10% store-wide as well as onlline. Not only that, they have raised that discount to 20% for fresh produce along with Target brands C9 and Simply Balanced.
