Enjoyed the generous 10% employee discount.

They pay is very insignificant and then the discount is only 10%. However, everyone, whether you are a cashier or district manager, get the same discount. If you couple it with cartwheel and a Red Card you can see it add up.

10% off is fine, but it only works if you use your Target RedCard or cash. It's very annoying that corporate feels the need to push the RedCard on its own employees.

The discount is 10% off. It is very small and doesn't make me want to buy anything extra

Good for items competitively priced, but many items just were not competitive if you shopped around a bit, for instance it was not difficult to find better deals on electronics even with the 10% employee discount coupled with a Red card 5% discount.
