Employee Discounts

They provide very good employee discount and I have used it multiple times to save a lot of money.

Had to use red card to get said discount. Very inconvenient.

10% off for yourself and immediate family. Depending on who was the manager at the front lanes, they would determine what immediate family meant.

Employee Discount is 10% through out the store including Starbucks and also 10% online and if get a Target Redcard then it's additional 5%, so total of 15% off

It was literally only 10% off. They actually want you to spend all your very hard earned money on their stuff; the gstls or other team members would come up with a new item or something neat and say that if someone didn't get this, they were losers or etc. Insurance was not existent unless you were full time and willing to pay for bad quality.

I like it when they offer the additional discounts on Target name brands

Small compared to other places

Discount percent isn't large, but it does include food items

You should be offered more of it due to the low pay.
