Only 10% off for discount

you get your employee discount and then if you apply for a red card you can add that discount on top of employee discount. it just sucks that if you want to use your employee discount you must pay in cash or with your red card.

%10 discount card can only be used when purchasing with cash, Target gift card, or Target RED Card.

The discount rate is 10%, it can be use for the team member and spouse or Mother, Father, it helps to cover the tax

It's for a measly 10% that seems to be more of ploy to get you to sign up for their 5% off red card than it is for an actual employee discount.

The discount is 10 percent but when you add the red card you can get a total of 15 percent off total. Good for most people
