well it was only 10%, but they sell almost everything there, you couldn't really expect more like for everyone to always get 50% off all groceries or something like that. occasionally there would be 30% off some clothing brands. they were generally a pretty cheap company with what they did offer. There was also a shopping app to use n combination which was cool, along with 5% off if you got a redcard... oh you also couldn't use your discount with your debit card, had to be cash or their redcard for some reason

The employee discount is ok, is better if you have the red card. The discount really only makes stuff walmart prices.

10% off is nice, but nothing to really brag about

No con at all you van save more with a read card and you can save even more combining the app discounts.

it was only 10% off ! I know its a big corporation but it at least should have been 20 / 30% off with all the money they're making !

LOL best thing about Targets employee discount is taking the tax off things? Really its only good on BIG purchases like if your getting a Playstation 3 or 4 or a TV.

Ten percent everything is pretty nice. Come in handy during the holiday season when items are already on deep discount.
