the percentage off is low for most products

It's great because you get to buy your favorite products with a discount.

have to use a red card or cash to use your employee discount, forces you to apply for red card to boost their store scores

Should be more than 10%

The bad: you HAVE to use either a giftcard, RedCard, or cash with your employee discount (more inconvenient than you'd expect). The discount was a mere 15% which is negligible/poor in my opinion. The good: 15% off all purchases, plus more with certain items/brands like organics, C9 Champion, and Up & Up.

Employee Discount is only 10%

It could be better honestly.
