Um, how about REDUCED hours! Yeah that's a joke and I'm not laughing anymore! I was cut from 12 -16 hrs/wk @ $10.85 just so insurance would not qualify, and now I'm down to 4 or 5 hrs/wk @$13/hr! They get their 40 and leave us out in the cold!
