Vacation & Paid Time Off

Was nice, normal pto depends on the hr at the location

There are some good things about this season!!!

Every hour you work adds time to your PTO you can use these paid hours whenever as long as it won't add up to overtime hours into the system

platform used for time off is user friendly

Unlimited time off - you are encouraged to actually use.

You had to log in to the portal and submit and request paid time/vacation off ahead of time. I only did vacation and it usually got approved.

The vacation policy meets the basic requirement needs

Sick time does not count against vacation days

Easy to accrue, but very very unintuitive. The system is really outdated, and formatted poorly. You have to request Vacation 2 weeks in advance, and frequently you’d be made to make up lost hours. They recently changed so you no longer have to work on Thanksgiving and Christmas, so that’s a plus.
