If you are part time, you will likely not get time off. It's based on hours worked per week, which is often not your choice.

You can get up to 45 vacation hours, and 4 personal hours. It’s not bad, but average.

Not sure how vacation is earned? You can only use up to your average hours per week, so if they schedule you for 30 hours the week you asked for paid vacation and your average hours are only 29, you won’t get paid vacation. And the store I worked at they made sure to schedule over your average hours so you couldn’t ask for paid vacation. They will not payout after you quit or get terminated. So use them up as much as you can.
