At level 6 and above we have unlimited Vacation and Paid Time Off

It’s actually great, I add my vacation and sick hours so fast

You do receive a decent amount of vacation, but it can be hard to get time off. In the last few years district leaders and above have definitely asked more about work/life balance. But in the store it's not uncommon to go extended periods of time with no time off due to the demands of the business. If you are a salaried leader you do get a comp day in the same day as a national holiday, such as memorial day if you are scheduled to work that day.

I was able to request time off and use my time for vacation and get paid.

Would not accept on certain holidays

Paid PTO is low as is parental leave.

It is hard to get off depending on the store. There are also black out dates for the winter holidays.

The store was short-staffed, which made time off difficult. Having the option to be paid for vacation and PTO was nice when it could be taken.
