Vacation & Paid Time Off

Unlimited sick days, 2 weeks vacation per year until 5 years.

Not so good always had black out dates, when you could not use your vacations dates

No matter what your experience level is, it's 10 days when you first start and 15 after 5 years. I doesn't increment each year, it's 10 until you've been there for 5 years and then it's 15 days. If you plan on staying for a long time, you get 5 more days each 5 years you are employed there. My boss has 30 days off a year.

You get vacation and PTO based on the hours you work, not sure of the exact equation, but it does allow those who work more hours to get more vacation time.

Every day on vacation is paid.

Most leaders cannot even use all their time-off each year, so having enough time isn't really ever the question as much as having the store be slow enough to take the time-off.

Very fair and generous vacation benefits and you are actually allowed to use them.

They offer both paid vacation and paid holidays to team leads and up. Some paid holidays to team members as well.

entry level eligibility for Vacation is restricted for up to 6 months before you can accrue time.
