TeamHealth is owned by Blackstone now. Employees should have a better plan.

Not the greatest and can change every year aka is discretionary. Employees work too hard to be treated this way.

401k was not that great to begin with but they decreased it this year. The people who make the decisions to decrease it are offered a different retirement plan so it only hurts the lower level employees which is terrible.

Used to match 3% of 6% of your yearly pay provided you put in at least 6% yourself. March 2018 only matched $.30 of 6% of your pay. 30 cents is not 50 cents, or 3% of 6% of your yearly wages, or 50 cents on the dollar of the 6% you contributed, its 30 cents on the dollar. Unfortunate since this employee actually made more money for the company in 2017 than the prior year. No explanation from management at all. Wonder if anyone else noticed.
