Their is a wide amount of Funds, money market and CD options. They match the first %6 of contributions up to %99. They also offer Stock Purchase. Fidelity is the provider and their interface is very easy to use.

The slight 401k match is nice if you can stick it out for 3-5 years but the investment plan through Fidelity has a lower return than my personal investments.

.50 cents on the dollar is just okay but they didn't pay it for 4 separate years because company profits were down. But the executives still got their fat bonuses.
