Expensive, both up front and out of pocket for services.

The company makes the employee pay the majority of the cost for the insurance. The cost of the plan on top of how much the deductible and out of pocket expenses were made it cost prohibitive to be sick. And if you had a chronic illness, your entire paycheck would be spent paying for medical care and prescriptions.

It is decent but expensive.
