This one is a joke. They reimburse up $65, but then tax it so you only get about $40. Must hit a minimum of 6 classes/month. Can only be used at a gym that gives receipts for each class. Cannot be used on running shoes or anything else of the sort. Nothing equivalent offered for disabled employees.
