Disability Insurance

Telamon provides salary continuation to all regular, full-time employees via a Short-Term Disability program, provided at no cost to the employee. With a simple one-week waiting period, employees will continue benefits and receive up to 60% of their regular earnings while they are recovering from illness or injury.

Employees may also elect optional Long Term Disability, which also provides 60% of the employee's regular earnings, if he or she is unable to return to work after a 13 week disability period.
