Employees who have at least one year of eligible service are eligible for maternity/paternity leave.
Maternity leave, managed as Enhanced Short-Term disability, pays 100% for up to 10 weeks, and can be combined with Family Care Leave and Parental Care Leave.
Parental Care Leave is paid at 100% for a maximum of 80 hours within 12 weeks of the birth, adoption or foster placement of a child.
Family Care Leave is paid at 100% for a maximum of 40 hours for the care of a spouse, child, or parent who is seriously ill.
