Salary employees have flexible PTO, up to 25 days a year, but they really are flexible, if you need more. Hourly employees have a PTO accrual, which is not very user friendly.

PTO is unlimited, but only up to 5 weeks, anything after 5 weeks requires HR approval

Not too good. I think u get 10 days for a start and remain on that for a long while
