The ability to work from home is the #1 reason why I like my job. I have a 3-4 short trips per year, and otherwise I'm literally at home all the time. Also, most of my coworkers are too. Granted, not every team is distributed, but I would take a wild guess and say that maybe half the company works from home at least some of the time.
