7-8 to start, can accrue up to 15/year. Very limited national holidays and PTO, despite the PTO including sick leave and mental healt days.

20 days vacation that you lose at the end of the year, but good luck taking time off. They also don't pay out vacation if you leave, which should be illegal. That's YOUR time and they owe you that money.
