No complaints so far regarding the 401K plan. A previous employer offered the option of plan management through Financial Engines. That would be a nice option to have here.

They will match up to 5% if you put in 6%. If you put in 5%, they put in 4.5%, if you put in 4%, they put in 3%, etc.

Teradata has your basic 401K plan. There are some matching but I don't recall the exact percentages. They use Fidelity so you have many options to self-choice or pre-selected Funds.
