The benefits started out phonemail, but then turned south real quick. The company works on a nationwide plan, which does not work the same in the rural midwest as it does in the San Francisco Bay Area, consequently, the benefits were evened out across the board without taking into consideration the cost of living.

Acquisition of vacation and sick leave does not take long at all. The 401.k is funded up to 3% match by the company. The health insurance package is incredibly expensive unless you are single with no other alternative.
