Vacation & Paid Time Off

Vacation and time off are plentiful

I fell we get a fair amount of PTO and vacation.

Flexible vacation and personal time as well as 9/80 schedule

Textron provides 10 days of paid holiday per year (several are floating). PTO starts at 19 days (3.8 weeks), but increases to 22 days (4.4 weeks) after several years and to 27 days (5.4 weeks) after 10 years. Employees can roll over up to 10 vacation days per year. Jury duty, bereavement, and military leave can earn separate paid time off.

Always a plus...wish we were given more vacation days.

Accrue 12 days + 2 floating holidays, accrue ~4 day sick days, roll over some PTO days to the following year

As long as your manager approves, vacation and PTO are flexible based on your duties.

These are in line with industry standards.

Vacation goes up after 5 years. Generous Illness / Personal Time (IPT)
