Best is when you work a double and get a free meal. Otherwise it's 25% off which is good but when you look at their prices is still not what I consider a true discount. Also you can only pick from a selected menu for employee meal.

I think you should get a free meal if you work that day, but its only 50% off which is still pretty good. its 30% if you dine in and that includes family and friends. Also, the 50% off employee menu is only a few things from the menu.
