It's decent, but far better than most companies. I'm grateful. Given the times, I think The Standard is ahead of the game providing a good health package to employees.

Didn't really give an option for health insurance and really found ways to make it more expensive than it should have been by selecting inefficent carriers and offered below bronze plans. You like being self insured go work there.

The health insurance offered continues to decline in quality each year, while rising in employee cost. Higher deductibles and the necessity to have to put additional many aside (in addition to paying biweekly premiums!) in order to help offset co-pays, prescriptions costs and other out pockets costs.

Health Insurance options changed this year, coverage is more expensive and only offers HSA type of plans.

High deductible plans. This is not cost efficient.

Hard to know how it is in comparison with others. Health care costs have increased so much. The premiums on the HDHP are fairly low and they do contribute significantly to the HSA which makes the deductible not so intimidating.
